It is recommended to have your pets spayed or neutered if you are not going to use them for breeding purposes or once you decide that you are no longer going to breed them. This can prevent numerous health issues that can occur as they get older including mammary tumors, uterine tumors, Pyometra (uterine infection) in females and prostate tumors and testicular tumors in males.

Our recommendation is to have them spayed or neutered once they are six months old. This allows them to grow and develop their muscles and bone structure.
